If your safetyskinproducts.com order is not what you ordered or expected, or if you received damaged merchandise, please retain all product packaging and contents and complete the form below for assistance. Safety Skin processes returns of products purchased from safetyskinproducts.com - all other returns must be processed through the retail stores or other websites where the products were purchased. We’d still like to hear from you if you’re unsatisfied with your Safety Skin product.
All unopened and unused items purchased from safetyskinproducts.com can be returned up to 30 days following purchase.
We will notify you when we have processed your return to mail us the product and original packing slip (if you have it) together. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Returns are generally processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
